All sales are final. However, if you placed an order and it did not arrive or was damaged in transit, e-mail support@hellosummer.com and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Please include your order number, and a description of the damaged item(s) in your message.

In the event you provide ‘Hello Summer’ an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately at support@hellosummer.com and we will do our best to make sure your order gets to the right address. In your e-mail please include your order number, the incorrect address you listed, and the correct address for your order. This must be done before your order has been processed, which is generally within 24 hours of the time you placed your order. ‘Hello Summer’ will not be held liable or refund orders due to shipping errors made at checkout by the buyer.

 

Other than shipping address changes, no changes can be made to your order after it has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. 

 

We strive to provide excellent shipping and work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives broken or damaged we will happily exchange the item(s) free of charge. Please send a picture of the damaged item(s) along with your order number and item description to support@hellosummer.com to process a claim.
